Hi all! I started using natural progrsterone cream and slowly have noticed lesser and lesser symptoms of my endo!! AH! This makes me super happy that something is working! I use one pump of cream every day and rotate application areas and noticed less cramping and especially bloating. My bowels are still in a rut but slowly seem to be getting better too. I also noticed my skin is less oily too. Idk how it all works but im super happy its been working 🙌🏼

I used a progesterone cream that i bought at a vitamin place (GNC). It made me crazy, my body already has low progesterone levels and doesnt produce nor process progesterone normally. Really psycho mood swings and weird thoughts. I had to stop it. However, thinking back i dont recall being in much pain during that time.

Good to know!! I’m considering this route after I have this baby as I really don’t want to go back on synthetic hormones but fear the damage it might do to my future fertility if I don’t go on them as I’d like to have one more child after this one. Hopefully this will be a better option for me.
