Anyone here use bioidentical compounded progesterone cream?? If so, what is a good starting dosage?? I was given 40 mg a day. Did anyone have weight gain or side effects?

Thanks so much. Did you gain more than 5 pounds and if so, it sounds like you were able to take the weight right back off correct?? Also, what are the best areas to apply it?
