I’m hoping I can get approved for pelvic floor therapy. I still can barely lift. It’s been 6 weeks since surgery I can’t even go back to my other job bc of lifting and moving too long causes pain. I’m at a loss. Was any one able to get therapy? I’m also embrassed bc my bladder seems not to be emptying all the way I have some leaks.
I'm so sorry it's not as fast of a recovery yet, but you'll get there! Have you been able to find pelvic floor therapists in your area yet? I really think you had a good idea there, I've seen so many patients in my office (it's a women's wellness center in Cleveland) have positive results from it. I honestly don't know if this will be helpful at all, but I had the spasms about 4-5 years ago. They found my Progesterone levels were extremely low and put me on a natural cream from a compound pharmacy to raise the levels. I use it days 12-25 of my cycle every month and if I skip, the spasm come right back. It's worth mentioning if you already have a doctor who's willing to test your progesterone levels....Also, if you do a quick search of Progesterone levels and endometriosis you'll find that it's a common positive therapy for us. Thinking of you <3
Just like the cream higher doses I think
I still think it too soon. They say healing can take up to a full year for some people.I don't mean like driving and walking. But deep inside tissues.I have diabetes and that slows it down alot.
I would go back to the Dr..I think your tense because you are use to sex been painful.Plus 6 weeks is not that long.Bladder issue is something I am dealing with also.
Try kegels. And.. Do you have any other urinary issues
