I’m looking into getting a tens machine as my cramps are pretty unbearable. Does anyone have any recommendations for one which is particulary good for period pain?
I got mine from amazon, i read loads of reviews and finally found one I thought was good.
I got a portable one, so I can wear it in work.

But as long as the reviews are good, go with anyone you think is good. Just remember, there won't be any reviews for using them with Endo. So ignore the comments about helping with pain etc.. as it will work differently for you :) x
