If one Endometrioma cyst is found but no other obvious signs of endo in the pelvic region ( my surgery was performed by my reg. Gyno not a endo specialist) does that mean I have endometriosis?

Other info: My periods and ovulation are mind numbing painful. I have chronic pelvic pain since Feb.

Thank you. I wonder since my pain is horrendous, if the choc. Cyst was just the tip of the iceberg? I must have other endo evidence in my pelvic area my obgyn did not or could not see? I just dont want to waste a endo specialist time for one choc. Cyst
