After a full hysterectomy you should never have bleeding. Even with a partial. Sounds as if they may have left major parts in you, that need to be removed.

Yes I do have two children. My periods got better after my first child but much worse after the second then I had two uterine polyps in my early 40's with alot of painful periods for the next 15 years, fatigue, weight gain, anxiety. Does this ever end even after menopause?

Sounds like Endo. I’m assuming your surgeon was not a OB-gyn so he probably didn’t know what he was looking at and assumed it was “blood” when really it was Endo implants.

Not sure if you have kids, but even if you have, endometriosis can occur after childbirth. It doesn’t always cause infertility.

Okay here is the scoop. I was officially one year from my last period 2/16/17. On 8/30/17 I started bleeding vaginally, rectally and when I peed. Next day I had surgery for an appendicitis and blocked ureter from a kidney stone. The vaginal bleed was from a polyp which I had removed via d & c two months ago. A colonoscopy and endoscopy in April revealed only one polyp which was benign. The uterine polyp was benign also. Before I had the d & c I had no more periods until this past month on 10/1/18 when I had a full blown period. I have never been diagnosed with endometriosis but the surgery who did the appendectomy by laparoscopy said there was some blood in my abdominal cavity and he didn't know why. I have always had painful periods with lots of cramping, bad headaches and painful midcycle pain. No infertility though. This last period the gyn doctor did an ultrasound, biopsy, and tests for all my hormones. All normal. A cat scan was done by urologist which showed no kidney stones. No one has any answers. I am meeting with an endocrinologist in a month to address this as well as my low vitamin d level which was discovered last December. Just wanted to know if anyone else has every dealt with anything like this. I am very frustrated!!

And I agree with the others I would see a doctor about this you shouldn't be experiencing these symptoms unless there is something wrong.
