I take percocet and then amitrypityline at bed time. The heat pad is my best friend.

Heat pad epsom salt baths, reflexology, im thinkng about hemp, but i tried the Pamprin which takes the edge of the pain away

Heating pad, hot showers, and acupuncture. I no longer take pain meds because I find great relief with acupuncture.

I can't get my doctor to give me anything strong. I only get that when I go to ER.
