Unfortunately, yes, the pain is always there and gets worse upon exertion. A lot of it seems to be exactly where my surgeries were done, but after I start walking or lifting, it becomes a stitch feeling that travels from my kidneys, cramps from my hips down my legs, to my feet. This happens throughout the day, every single day (unless I don't move at all) and to be honest I just go to the floor asap and wait til it's not quite as intense. Of course, I still do my daily yoga and don't give up on walking. But it's become even worse since hitting stage 4 and is showing no sign of easing.

I went foe an interview this morning and walked part of the way home. I was so exhausted that I almost didn't make it to my therapy appointment. I also was in so much pain that I couldn't dance today.😪

Yes, it has happened to me, but not every time. I'm usually able to walk my dog without problem, but now and then theres these pain attacks that seems triggered by the activity

I am able to walk but not as quickly as I used to be able to. I am a tap dancer and dance as much as I can.
