Hello I am new to this site. I haven't been diagnosed with endometriosis but I am getting a laparoscopy in a months time to see if I have got it or not. I have been experiencing pain and it gets worse at certain times of the month, I have bad period pain but I have been finding that the week after my period is painfull as well, and the week before my period. Hi Loubella
Last week I had my first lap and I was like you unsure what to expect.. it wasn’t painful after just more of a bruised feeling inside , the trapped gas was more uncomfortable I experience shoulder pain and under ribs for a few day and difficult to go to toilet for a number 2.
So fruit and fiber was needed lol.
I felt sleepy and slept more for the first two day after that I just felt weak only today I’ve started to feel better (day 8)
You will be fine try not to worry x
I’m in the same situation my doctor said she’s confident it’s endo so having my laproscopy on Thursday hoping for some answer
