Lately I've been experiencing upper abdominal pain, bloating and dizziness. Think the endo could be coming back. I get a full feeling most of the time and when I eat my normal amount of food I feel overly full and bloated. I've also been feeling very lightheaded. Idk what could be causing the lightheadedness.

The dizzyness could be B12 deficiency. I used to have SIBO (small intestinalbacterial overgrowth) and it caused most of the symptoms you mentioned plus I had constipation once in awhile. Issues with the small intestine cause issues with nutrient absorption, especially B12 and iron. I had it for a while and starting having a bunch of neurological issues from the lack of B12 and eventually had problems even orgasming! I saw a naturopath and she treated my gut and put me on supplements to replenish what I was missing. As a wonderful side effect it cleared up most of pelvic pain, including my endo pain. Digestive enzymes really help.
