Hi, yes I use it and it's been really helpful. All brands are slightly different though so it's important to try a few before deciding if it works for you.

I have had great luck with CBD controlling the pain. I have found during my period a combination of edible CBD and tincture work best. Tincture for fast relief and edible for more lasting relief. Doesn't get rid of the pain, but most of the time it gets it to a managable level.
