Does anyone know if it is still possible to get surgery on the NHS? I don't suffer from huge pain all the time (although I do frequently have some pain) but I understand that IVF can work better after surgery. However I went to see an NHS gynaecologist recently and she said because I wasn't in really bad pain continuously that there was no point in having surgery.
