Endo Surgery And NHS

Does anyone know if it is still possible to get surgery on the NHS? I don't suffer from huge pain all the time (although I do frequently have some pain) but I understand that IVF can work better after surgery. However I went to see an NHS gynaecologist recently and she said because I wasn't in really bad pain continuously that there was no point in having surgery. My friend had endo surgeey with an NHS surgeon. Let me ask her.

As for cutting back? Ridiculous and CHEAP!! I am so sorry.
