I had it in my c-section scar as well and in my abdominal muscle, I did my surgery on July 22nd, 2019. I was told they got all out but I'm still having off and on pains. My doctor told me I was experiencing nerve pains because they cut the affected tissue around the endo as well and some of the nerves probably got in the process. I'm feeling a sharp burning pain above the c-section scar. The pain I was getting before surgery I don't feel any more but the pain I'm experiencing now. I was told to go on lupron treatment as well but I want to be able to conceive again.

I have. I developed it within my C-section scar. My surgery was in March of 2019 and the recovery wasn't as difficult as a C-section. They didn't want to go down to the fascia. If your surgery requires that then it will be a difficult recovery I would assume. They were not able to get all of it and I had to undergo lupron treatments. Since I've stopped the lupron I've started having the pain again in my incision.
