I'm really still trying to understand Endometriosis. I had lap surgery Feb. 4, 2019 and started Depo. Apr. 8, 2019. So unsure of what's going on with, I recently had a trans vaginal/trans abdominal ultrasound on Oct. 7 2019 which came back normal however needed is a full bladder which I had and it sent me into abnormal levels of pain in my lower back. And if your endo wasn't completely excised, it can cause the pain too. I have pain going down my hips because endo was near other nerves that affect that. Which is also common, according to Dr. Cook's talk, his books and Dr. Mosbrucker's analysis of my symptoms before surgery.
I don’t know how common sciatic endo is but if it’s on your uterosacral ligament, it can cause pain going down your legs.
