Has Anyone Tired Dieting/exercising 3x A Week With Endo?

Ive been trying but the past few days I’ve just had no gusto... It’s like I’m just throwing all my progress away. Any advice?

Don't be too hard on yourself. Just acknowledge that you've had some rough days and then get back on the horse, so to speak. All you can do is what your body allows and as frustrating as that is, we usually want to do more than we can. Don't let depression join the party and keep you down! You got this!

I have been having this same problem. ESP with the shortening of the days and the persistent rain here in AK. I always try and get out the door and let my body tell me when my feet hit the pavement if I need to call it or not. Sometimes I just embrace a nap and an entire tray of pumpkin muffins and sometimes I have my workout. Both are appropriate when you need one/either
