I know gluten and wheat generally don't like me but what if it's just a part that provides fiber? It's in the benefiber packets I use in water when I can't eat enough.

This just occurred to me. ....But constipation would be worse, wouldn't it? Ugh.

If you already have sensitivity to gluten or wheat wheat and gluten need to be eliminated as much as possible. It causes gas will cause you to bloat... I have celiac disease and gluten and wheat 🌾 cause more pain than Endo sometimes. Here are other options to get the fiber you need and not have to deal with gluten or wheat... there are some alternatives you can try: beans and legumes, leafy greens, coconut, corn, artichokes, broccoli, cucumbers, yams and sweet potatoes, brown rice or wild rice, gluten free old fashions oats

I was unclear. I meant if I'm unable to consume much of anything because of endo symptoms. But even if you don't get the right amount of grams in one day, having "roughage" from vegetables helps, right? Like they'll "clean you out" anyway?
