Constant bleeding

Does anyone else suffer from constant bleeding, or brown discharge? And if so how do you have sex? Ever since I switched birth control to the Mirena I haven’t stopped bleeding. It’s been months, and I want to remove my uterus at this point! I don’t know what will make it stop. My OBGYN said that Orilissa should make it stop, but it hasn’t. What have you all tried? Or what do you all suggest?

i have the same problem but it stops a week or two before my periods.....i'm booked for the operation and hoping it will stop......otherwise i do not have an answer too.....
