Didn't have any symptoms mine was discovered from an operation for a ovarian cyst which was an endrometria.

Went from normal periods that I didn't even think about to periods with cramps so bad I couldn't, focus or walk. Started having to plan life around the pain. Painkillers were ineffective for pain and I ended up in the ER because I collapsed at work from the pain.
