There are only a couple hundred excision specialists, so most states only have a couple, & some states have none at all. You may have to travel a little, I know there are some good ones in Texas. My state only has one 2 hrs away from me that i was seeing, but he took a sudden medical leave so I have to travel out of state now.

I have tried finding some in my area but have not had any luck. I live in the Houston tx area. I have tried Nancy nook but did not see any dr for houston

You just described exactly what I feel. Mine is on the left too. My lower back/hip area & leg & all the bending down to pick toys up & lifting at work (preschool) makes it hurt so bad! I feel it every day now as well, but I didn't use too. Today was also particularly bad for me too❤ I'm also not officially diagnosed but I've consulted with 4 excision specialists & have my surgery coming up at the end of the month! I know everyone experiences it differently, some have just cyclical pain, some throughout the month randomly, some every day. I hope you can get answers soon, have you looked into excision specialists? Nancy's Nook (fb group) is the best resource for that
