Hi, I think you should cancel and get another opinion. It is clear you don't agree with what your doctor wants to do and there are several red flags that she is not a real specialist. First, a better dr may possibly be able to save the ovary. Also, a hysterectomy is not necessary to treat endo (unless you have sperate issues with the uterus) and the fact that she plans to "burn" the endo means she does not have the skill to remove it. I highly suggest seeking out an excision specialist. Check out Nancy's Nook and see the list for excision specialists there and get another opinion with a skilled Dr.
