Having surgery next week and would like to plan food in advance. Anyone have meals they would recommend? (I can't do meat of any kind rn)

Can you make and freeze and soups? That way healthy and ready to heat up when you are not feeling great. Anyone to check on you or help you after surgery?

My surgeon said jello, yogurt. I had Crispex with milk but had to allow the cereal to soften.

I ate chicken soup with carrots, celery, and squash. Noodles in the soup.
