My op was a disgnostic laparoscopy with some excision of lesions. My post op recovery went well I feel. My following period was not as painful as I expected it was actually a welcomed relief from the periods I had been having. I know this isnt generally the case, they tend to be worse, but mine wasn’t. It was delayed but only by a matter of days.
