I know some may be embarrassed to answer but I always had a high libido up until about age 24. Then the endo got so bad, kept getting ovarian torsions on and off and sex just became painful. Then I had my full hysterectomy after 2 separate ovary removals, I was prob around 30 when I had my full hysterectomy and I too had the highest libido again! Many sex dreams, painful but good at the same time. Sex itself for the first time was not painful too!(after the healing time)
Unfortunately now I have like no sex drive. I'm almost 38 but I think it's the lack of hormones and from the chronic pelvic pain. But when we do have sex at first I'm not into it but then it does end up being good. I just have a hard time getting horny now. But I do believe that maybe right after the hysterectomy we aren't in so much pain anymore so the higher sex drive happens. That's just my experience. Hope that helps a little.
