Help With Crippling Pms Symptoms.
A MyEndometriosisTeam Member asked a question 💭

Please does anyone have any suggestions for me? My pms symptoms are so bad and last weeks. Nausea, insomnia, crippling anxiety, stomach ache, headache, depression. Every birth control I’ve tried makes me sick physically and mentally. I have stage two endo and I’m not ready to give up my uterus and such. I already had 2 excision surgeries. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m lucky if I get one week a month where I feel so so. Please someone help me.

I used escitalipram which helped. Take a look at Jean hailes website for some herbal meds that can help with pms/pmdd.

Oh my gosh I'm in the same boat. I was diagnosed with pmdd and it's horrible 😭 I've been taking Zoloft and it's helped!

I've used an SSRI for 12 months that helped ease the PM's symptoms. Since stopping the depression/anger hasn't been as bad as prior to use. I saw an immediate response when I stated them.
