Hey love! I hope you’re feeling well and curious how you’ve been getting on. From my personal experience I followed an anti inflammatory diet prior to my TLH. I noticed an improvement once I switched to and followed the diet. I do think there is a little fine tuning you need to do for yourself as everyone is affected differently by certain foods. But in general, cutting out added processed sugars, any ‘white’ foods (bread, rice, simple carbs, etc), fried foods, alcohol, and most dairy. I was not willing to give up my morning espresso with 2 sugars and a splash of cream. But, my body also tolerated it. I also took a few vitamins everyday in conjunction with the diet; turmeric ginger, women’s multi, cal-mag-zinc, and iron.
