My gynae told me that spontaneous conception is still possible despite having stage 3 endo. Hope it’ll go well for you

Anything is possible, so I would say yes. I've known people who were able to conceive after they had surgery for endometriosis. Best Wishes, positive healing energy and love sent your way 🥰🤗
