Everyone is different, some people find it easier getting pregnant when they are younger with endometriosis naturally , but later need assisted reproductive help via IVF etc others don't require help and can fall pregnant naturally with no difficulty others can fall pregnant but sustain multiple ectopic pregnancies, chemical pregnancy miscarriages etc and or struggle to sustain to full term pregnancy /birthing and then others like myself will not only miscarry very early either knowing or not knowing as is very early miscarriage on each time but will then go on to be completely infertile still at a very young age
