I'm also getting the under rib pain as well n thy won't give me answers

Yes bowel issues is a constant problem for me. I was getting a shape pain below my lungs and they thought it was my gallbladder. After they did tests and said it can’t be related to endometriosis..well it’s not my gallbladder either.

I had it on the rectum, colon, all around the pelvic areas, pouch of Douglas., my bladder was stuck to the uterus,etc, left ovary was stuck to the pelvic sidewall. I had a hydrosalpinx in the left tube which showed up FINALLY on an ultrasound after about 5 years of going to different doctors trying to figure out why I had left sided pain and excruciating pain before, during, and after bowel movements etc. So absolutely endo can cause these issues and if the doctor has ruled it out without visualizing it (as in during surgery), then they do not know what they are talking about. A couple gynecologists at my practice,, a urogyn, urologist, and 2 GI docs couldn’t figure it out. I had to question the hydrosalpinx which I knew was a potential sign od endometriosis. My gyn admitted that yes it was. I told her I was going to an endometriosis excision specialist who was able to diagnose and remove it. That was in 2019. Unfortunately I’m having issues again and have had a couple days with blood in the urine and so far no answers. Only a 2mm stone in my kidney so the urologist thinks I might have had another that passed and caused bleeding. Maybe that has set off this new pelvic pain. Before we go back in to look for endo that has surfaced or adhesions, I’m trying pelvic floor physical therapy starting next week. I’m not anxious for another surgery so I’m hoping this helps.

They are wrong.. my specialist told me those are the main things affected by endo.. there's endo of the bowel and intestine as well. Not just in the uterus
