I've been on visanne for only two months now, but here's my experience--- First 'period' since starting the med I distinctly felt extreme bloating/tightness in tummy and couple days later some micro pain and spotting happened. So the bloating could be clearly attributed to it.
Starting couple of days ago would have been my second periods start, but absolutely nothing happened -- no bloating, pain or spotting. At. All.

In any case, I do track daily symptoms diligently in my phone's notes app for any symptoms specially related to endo pain.
