I had to drive for 7 hours due to relocating and thought the overnight, extra heavy flow one would work. Nope. I ended up speeding to reach a rest stop as my daughter pointed out that I was leaking. The police pulled me over, shone a light in the car, panicked, and gave me an escort going 100 mph to the nearest rest stop (the officers thought I was having a miscarriage). I go through 2 pads (I learned to layer them in 6th grade) in 2 hours. Tried the underwear solo, then had another pair with the 2 layered pads and made it. I would have to say if you want, try it, maybe try it with the pad, but didn’t work for me nor my daughter.
