I have been recommended to try a TENS unit, but I have not yet. From things I read, a lot of people have success with it. It is an expensive investment if it doesn’t help though. I am going to try and see if my insurance will cover one.

I was initially placed on codeine, then the doctor and the department of reproductive endocrinology placed me on Dilaudid. I honestly don’t take it most of the time, but I have endo on my skin, on my intestines, my stomach, and part of my lung, so when it’s bad, I take it.

I would suggest cannibas, indica for body high

I usually take advil and use multiple heating pads. It doesn't fully get rid of the pain but takes a huge edge off it making it much more bearable.
