Thank you all for the ideas I’ve changed my diet and exercise which helped in the beginning but lately it’s gotten worse so I’ll definitely try these

But also laying on a super comfy couch legs up on pillows as well as the other pillows..and comfy blanket, your ice and heating pad..I found that to be the most beneficial with the excedrine and ibuprofen

When I have had labor like pain, before. During and after my periods..which ended for me back in 07, and even pain I get today that can take me down...I take excedrine migraine, and ibuprofen or Naprosyn, mortin..switching off between heat and ice every 20 mins. And laying cuddled with my self, my pillows between my legs, at my back, as well. I have 4 pillows I sleep with 3 every night the 4th is for very bad days, I keep that as my semi sitting up pillow, with my head pillow.. hope some or all helps...I'm so sorry hon. Feel better..

I second what Emma said about eating healthier and exercise, as inconvenient as it is. I hate hate hate exercising, but being generally active and stretching have helped me a LOT. I still have bad days and have to take it easy on those days with the heat pad and pain meds like you. I’d recommend looking up hip opening stretches, wall stretches and pelvic floor stretches. Try them like every other day for a few weeks and just find out what feels good to your achy body. Before I was diagnosed and didn’t know why I hurt everywhere, I just wanted to hold as still as possible and wait for it to go away on its own but that can actually do more damage than good. Muscles need movement, so weak muscles and tense muscles can both be very painful. It doesn’t have to be intense movement either, it can be whatever you’re able to tolerate. This lady has a ton of videos on pinterest with stretches for just about every part of your body:

I hope you find something that works just right for you and are able to find some relief! 💛
