Mine is a little high. Not my iron stores just my serum iron levels. That was six months ago, I’m not sure when it started because that was the first iron panel I’d had in years. I stopped my multi vitamin because it contained iron. Last month my iron was still about the same. If it’s still high in six months they’re going to refer me to an internist. They don’t think it’s because of the endometriosis or the dienogest but I’ve been thinking about stopping the dienogest anyway. I’m often very tired regardless of how much sleep I get.

I always have 10 hemoglobin, cant pass that level. I recommend eating lots of liver and organ meats, also lentils help .
