Had surgery 11/20/23, got my first period on 12/17/23, however I have not gotten my 2nd period post-lap.

I’m 3 weeks late and have taken multiple pregnancy tests- all negative. I know periods can be abnormal post-lap but when is it too long for it to just be a “missed period”?
