My doctor found a uterine fibroid while checking my endometrioma (which is thankfully shrinking with Visanne). I'm not sure how to process this. Will it make my symptoms worse? I'm open to any advice on treatment, etc. Thanks in advance 😊

Hi, I had three large fibroids and my gynae discovered I had endo as well during my lap surgery. Stage 2. The fibroids were pushing on my spine and bladder so had lower back pain most days as well as an overactive bladder. Hoping this will be better now. Only one week post op and still in pain so not sure yet.

Hie love,I had fibroids along with endo as well, got fibroids removed first through mymectomy only to discover I had endo,I had my first laparoscopy this year to remove endo, also had endometrioma, unfortunately for me the stage was a bit advanced such that I started Vissane after the fact. From what I know not all fibroids cause pain it depends on were it is located and it's size, hope this helps
