I try to add bananas to whatever I can as well as apples, raisins, dates, etc. I also love generic wheat thins and shredded wheat, although the high fiber can be a shock to your system if you aren't used to it. Bananas are safe for most people being part of the BRAT (bananas, rice and toast) diet for people with digestive issues.

I've taken Bentyl when I get intestinal spasms, but I'm already taking so many meds for different conditions that I only use it as a last resort. It DOES work, though. Sleepiness is a big side effect, but that's also the body's response to not spasming constantly. Feel free to bug me with questions and good luck! ((hugs))

I prepare this chamomile-turmeric infusion in the morning, or those occasions I feel too bloated. If you exercise, 5 mg of glutamine on empty stomach helps. It is used for muscles, but there are scientific publications on its benefits for gut health and inflammatory responses.
You may check the anti-inflammatory diet for endo, it was mentioned in the Q&A few days ago. You can start assessing different ingredients and portions, every body is different and you will decide what feels better for you.

My gabbapentin, does it for me. When I take all at 1x, then I get 20 hours of full body, and constipation relief.
