Do You Follow A Specific Diet To Help With Endometriosis?
It definitely varies to the person some gluten doesn't bother me. But a major trigger is dairy for me that I have reduced alot so far
GLUTEN FREE MOST DEFINETLY
-Small and often
-Fibre
-Water
With these three things I can still enjoy everything I like, with the help of an endometriosis nutritionist she has helped me figure out what works for me and im super greatful! So simple but so affective :)
Yes, diet made a massive difference for me when I was in terrible pain after being diagnosed with endo. I've found the most success with eating anti-inflammatory foods. When I avoid inflammatory foods like gluten, sugar, dairy, some grains, alcohol, and caffeine, my endo symptoms are mostly under control. Everyone is different, so see what works for you!
I avoid foods that cause inflammation. No red meat, dairy products, white flour, alcohol. Avoid high estroegen foods. Drink dandelion, nettle, raspberry leaf teas. Take Serrapeptase digestive enzymes.
