I just came across an article about NAC or N acetylcysteine supplements have a good result on endometriosis but at the same time encountered a link that says it increases cancer cells... I dont know which to believe.
Has anyone tried NAC and any inputs on the articles?

I take it. Not sure which of the many things I’m trying to attribute my improvement to but when I was researching, the results seemed good. Can you share the link that said it increases cancer cells?

My understanding is that NAC is a precursor for glutathione and I’m guessing you would probably still see your improvement on just one of those. I think with most supplements it’s good to take breaks but unlike hormonal medication, I don’t think you would necessarily relapse from stopping either of those. It’s possible but I would think some of the benefits would be more long lasting. Is that what you attribute your improvement to?

https://cellandbioscience.biomedcentral.com/art... this is one I found. I'm actually taking it too. Though I'm not sure if it's the correct way but I take it 1 capsule 600mg a day for almost a year now when I encountered about this research study. My latest scans showed no endometriosis but now I'm scared what to do about if I stop it causeni read in another article it should be taken only for a limited time
