I have a growth between my vagina and rectum and did Orillisa for a year. It barely touched it. I have been back on Birth control since Jan 2025 and was doing fine, skipping my periods on it. But, have had significant pain and spotting for 14 days now. Because of the location, surgery will be very difficult to do and would involve taking parts of vagina, rectum, etc. So, I am seeking alternative options to possible shrink this thing! thank you!!

OMG frozen anything is my fear and I don't know if it is possible but I feel like I might have some on my intestines because I have such relentless motility issues with my digestion and such horrible constipation issues that I am constantly trying to get rid of and tend to 😕

I use castor oil and heat. I didn’t have any luck with it shrinking my endometriomas but it has helped me through some of my worst pain. I don’t do anything that jostles my organs because of the frozen pelvis from lesions and adhesions. But if I do and get a flare up castor oil and heat helps tremendously. I think it helps loosen the adhesions, thats just my theory.

I use castor but don’t know whether to attribute my improvement to it. It can’t hurt to try but I would avoid using right before or during periods as it could theoretically make them heavier
