I was on the Depo injection for a year when I was 18. It did help me for a while however I did have some side effects. My hair thinned pretty bad, I gained a lot of weight (about 100lbs) and couldn’t drop it until after I got off depo, headaches, and by month 7 I was having full endo symptoms again. However I was also working at an ER vet clinic at the time as well; very very high stress. I don’t remember my anxiety getting any worse during the depo but I’m sure that also varies from person to person. I hope this helps!
I hope you find something that works for you!! Sending positive vibes!!
