For me it is a heavy, full pain in the whole pelvic area and more specifically by butt... My whole body feels shaky and weak, and I get very dizzy. Sitting or reclining is usually what helps the most. If I try to push through the pain, I end up fainting or being in debilitating pain for a full day or a few days, but even while taking care of myself the pain will last several hours. It always feels very emotional as I instantly regret having sex and feel guilty for feeling that way.

No pain at all actually helps the pain

Yeah it's always in the back of my mind before we even start, I'm thinking, this is good but I'm going to be in pain for hours afterwards.
