I still have the light dark brown spotting once a month, which is weird. Let me know how it goes for you.

Hello Lola

Thank you and it was good to hear your input. I started using it last month after my first laparoscopy (07/07/2015) because I bleed during the op the following week was expecting my period and did not have enough lining to shed. But this month during my periods I realised that the blood was more darker (brown) and I had them for seven days than my usual three days and I am spotting as well. Hopefully next month my system would have adjusted and I will be back to normal. Let me know if you did experience the same when start using it.

I am on a lot of meds, so it is hard to tell which side effects are from what. I think Visanne changed my hair a little and I have really light spotting once a month. I am glad it is progesterone only pill, I have been on it since January.
