Hi I'm new here I was just wondering I have a lap in two weeks and can anyone give me some advice on how to bowel prep for surgery please

I had one lap last year and I was in awful pain after trying to use the toilet and this time I want to be prepared and have my bowels well empty before surgery has anybody any tips how to do a bowel prep and how long before surgery I should start thanks ladies

My dr had me do a prep .. day before between 6-7p Talk a fleet the green and white box ... it kicks in within 5mins and u will be cleaned out
