Depo has been a lifesaver for me. Zero periods, which means no miserable pms pain, and zero weight gain. I know those are the two biggest side effects, and I am fortunate not to have experienced either, but every body is different. Hope you find what works best for you! :)

I've had both I'd rather depo over Lupron.... Lupron your only allowed 12 times in your life time . Not to mention I feel like depo helped better , didn't leave me as tired as lupron

I was allergic to Lupron, on depo since last month. Dr explained that recent studies show that depo or mirena ( in the arm) is better than the pills cause it doesn't give your body more hormones that it already overproduces causing endo. Out of the 2 is depending on your case and how your dr feels about which one will be best. I haven't gained any weight, lost some actually.

I have been on both. Depo worked for awhile , i gained 40lbs on it and the pain and problems eventually came back. Lupron, you could not pay me to ever do that again.
