Hi I'm taking serrapeptase which is meant to do the same thing. However I've only been taking it for 1 week so difficult to say whether it's working or not at the moment

I actually just began taking NAC recently, maybe a month ago? I have been taking it 2 times a day, for 3 days a week for 3 weeks out of the month. As they used it in a clinical trial study in France recently. I haven't experienced any life-changing results yet, however I have noticed some spotting of old-blood and inflammation looking stuff coming out during my daily bath! Hopeful!
