I am headed down the hysterectomy path and want to try and make sure all this endo stays gone. I have been doing a lot of research and came across NAC and also using nascent iodine to help control hormones. Anybody have any experience with using NAC with success? Really curious.

Thanks so much!

Hi there..any updates? I just bought a bottle too, I read (can't find those references now) to take 600mg three times a day for 3 days a week. the research says the effects are seen after 3 months.
I just started on 10mg melatonin a night for the past month, it has helped with my cyclical pain this month (my pain is worse 2-3 days before my period till 3-4days after my period is over), if my pain score the month before was 8-9/10 now it is 6-8/10, i still require paracetamol at least once a day to ease the pain.
I hope with the NAC, melatonin, daily castor oil packs and hcg injections (I am doing the HCG diet) I see and feel some improvement.
I feel my cycts have enlarged since my last ct scan in 2014. I am waiting for a gynae review soon to see if I need another scan.
Looking for a silver lining ladies..prayers for all of us.

I also read that it's supposed to work wonders. So I bought it but haven't taken it everyday. So I can't say what the effects have been quite yet.
