I'm contenplating on postponing my follow ups to a year instead of every 6 mos. How often (after diagnosis/laparoscopy) do you go in to see the doctor for a follow-up (check up, ultrasound, etc.) for your endo?

Hey I got a q for y'all. I have been in bed 2 days tired and achy in dire pain last night and night prior. I have shooting pains up my anus lower back pain and abdominal pain. My doctor I guess thinks I'm full of it in how bad this hurts. Fyi I haven't went in though this time. The pain rocks my body and when I walk I feel shaky and the pain is worse. I don't know what this is. I also have a history of ovarian cysts . Kinda feels like that but much worse. Any ideas ??? I have used a heating pad for 2 straight days helps till I take it off. Getting worried. I feel bloated but am able to potty OK.
