I have a similar issue but it was a uti caused by my endo pushing and preventing my urether from passing urine, thereby causing the infection. I have intense pain of my kidneys at the back just before my period. I'm going for a scan to see if the endo has grown within my kidneys. I would definitely speak to your endo specialist.
