The last two months, about 10 days before my period, I've been getting a horrible stabbing pain in my right ovary. I described it to my husband as someone stabbing a thin long wire through my ovary, and pushing it all the way through and out my vagina. It hurts all the way down and out, and so badly that I can't stand straight or walk. What would cause this? Cyst? Or just another endo symptom??? It's also very nauseating ๐Ÿ˜–

Sounds like blood supply being cut off due to ovarian torsion (the cyst is weighing the ovary down and so it kind of "swings" on its axis (think of a water balloon attached to a horizontal piece of string)). I get the exact pain you have described as well

I had the similar pain several months ago. Mine was sharp and when i turned, i felt like something pulled. I had an ultrasound in august 10th and they found a tiny cyst 1.5 cm. But a month later I had bad pelvic pain went to the ER for pain pills they did another ultrasound, which was very painful ultrasound!, and found that my right ovary was enlarged and the cyst grew to over an inch that is complex and bilocuated. Im awaiting surgery to diagnose my endo and to figure out what is on my ovary and why my ovary is enlarged. I am hoping my ovary issue is endo related and not cancer.

My advice to you would be if you feel something is wrong definitely get it checked out

I get this as well. I'm guess an endo symptom.

I had an ovarian torsion on my right side. It was a stabbing pain that would take my breath away. Although it's more likely a cyst, it's worth getting it checked out.
