Yes! My hips and lower back hurt a lot. It's mostly in the right side where I've had cyst.

I can inlet sleep on my sides my back really hurts me and my pelvic area hurts and I have pressure.my hips hurts as Well

That is a good sized cyst and yes it can cause that much pain. It pushes on organs and make them shift which will cause pain.

I have a mass on my ovary which was just under 8cm at its largest. Even at that size I had chronic lower back and hip pain, much worse than my usual endo pain in the same area. (I assumed it was because the mass was putting pressure on stuff around it as it got bigger.) It didn't matter how I positioned myself - the pain was absolutely sickening until the mass reduced in size. It's being blasted with hormones and as it shrinks, the pain reduces. I hope you're getting some treatment for your cyst, it must be very uncomfortable.
